Care Instructions:
Clean or remove stains by using mild soap. Rinse with clean water or a garden hose. Allow rug to dry before laying rug out. Vacuum regularly with beater bar off for indoor use.

CUSTOM ORDERS

When you click “CUSTOM ORDER” this means that once the item is purchased, W+C will bring this item in for you on custom order. Lead times vary but generally rugs take 2-4 weeks and furniture 8-10 weeks when in stock. If lead times are longer we will notify you and you will have the option of a refund if the time is not suitable. On occasion an item you order may be out of stock in which case we will provide you with a full refund. DELAYS and BACKORDERS

This has been an extremely challenging year for estimating arrival times of shipments. As soon as your order is placed, we will verify that your item is in stock and ready to ship. If your item is backordered we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options (including full refunds) should the time frame not work for you.
