  • During your 2-hour "Design Check-in" consultation, we'll delve into your design project, answer your questions, provide expert insights, and offer practical solutions. It's an in-depth discussion to help you make informed design decisions.

  • Over 2 hours, we typically can tackle 3 to 5 priorities depending on the complexity and clarity of your questions.

  • Our consultations are done over web video calls using Google Hangouts. We find this is the best way for us to share ideas and collaborate.

  • During the consultation, we'll discuss recommendations and insights with you directly and take time to make notes. At the end of our consultation, we will provide you with all notes and recommendations as well as an action plan (if applicable).

  • The service is meant to be a one-time service with no follow-up. If you need further assistance after the consultation, you can book a follow up session or email us to get a customized quote for further services.

  • Our goal with this service is to provide effective design advice for as many clients as possible. As such, the service is intended to be a one-time consultation as we are only able to offer a set number of sessions per month. You can always book another session if we have availability. We can also recommend one of our other services to you in our first session, at which point we may provide a customized quote.

  • We are based in Ottawa, ON, Canada but have worked remotely for projects in Vancouver, Waterloo, and Montreal. While technically we can help anyone as long as you can meet with us by web conference, our advice is most relevant for North America residential projects.
