HBC Yellow Wool Blanket

The Hudson's Bay Point Blanket has been commissioned by HBC since 1780. Many becoming heirlooms that are passed on from one generation to the next. The points, or small bars on the side of the blanket, were utilized during the fur trade as an indication of size -- a measure that continues to this day. This colour, Canary, was released as a part of the pastel series from 1929. It was reissued again during the mid-1980's.
